This is a New Weather Cap # 99759. Inside the cover says 69915.

This has a few different applications. It is used on the plow side wiring for the new LED headlights by Western, Fisher, SnowEx and Blizzard as well as the vehicle side wiring for multiple spreaders. Plugs into spreader harness 83690 / 76057.  

This is for the SnowEx tailgate V-Maxx spreaders VX-3210, VX-4210 and VX-6010 as well as the New Helixx Spreaders. Western Tornado and Striker spreaders and Fisher Steel-Caster and Poly-Caster spreaders.
